Orlando Vacation Villa Rentals through our parent company, Phoenix Property Services offer pool care services that allows the customer and their guests the ability to enjoy their pool the way it was meant to be enjoyed.

Our Pool Care Service includes 4 weekly visits per month: A complete check of chemical levels in swimming pool, spa / hot tub Checking all swimming pool, spa / hot tub equipment Clean all baskets and bags Brush, skim, net and/or vacuum to remove debris from swimming pool, spa / hot tub Check pump, filter, time clocks, temperature, clean filter as needed Add chlorine / bromine tablets to floater Add chlorine and/or acid to swimming pool, spa / hot tub Notifying owner of any swimming pool and/or spa / hot tub problems

Phoenix Property Services will repair damaged equipment related to the pool including but not limited to pumps, filters, piping, heaters, chlorinators, pressure gauges, and flow meters. Do note that repair prices are given on a case-to-case basis.
