We enjoyed our Hampton Lakes winter home so much we are returning again next year. We felt completely at ease in this clean, well furnished three bedroom villa. We & our guests thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool & the lanai.

Any communications, either from afar or while in the villa, with the management team, were handled in the most prompt & courteous way. Tom & Helen & their people are first class. Their professionalism is the reason we continue to use their properties.

It's also in an ideal location, only 5 minutes drive from shops, supermarkets & restaurants and only 20-30 minutes drive to the Disney theme parks.

I've already recommended the villa to friends and wouldn't hesitate to use the villa again when we next return to Florida.

All communications with the owners (Karen & John) were excellent and the couple who run the property management company looking after the villa also provided excellent service.

We'd initially planned to stay in a hotel but having stayed at the villa, we've realised that it's a no-brainer to choose a villa over a hotel, especially if you have kids or an extend group of people.

In summary I cannot recommend this property enough. I would have liked the weather to be a smidge warmer, but I guess Karen & John don't have much say in that matter.

Lovely villa, having a great time, like your improvements and a fantastic pool.

The villa was spotless on arrival - It is the first time we have not had to buy tea towels!

Your management team look after it very well. The last villa we stopped in although appearing very grand could only be described as grubby and we spent the first two days cleaning it up. Yours on the other hand is faultless. We would very much like to return next year.

Highlands Golf Course seem to have put their prices up but Ridgewood Lakes and Legends are still about $30 and worth a visit.

We have had record high temps one day in the 90's so used the pool a lot!
